Which materials can you turn?
Aluminium, stainless steel (e.g. 1.4301 and 1.4404), steel and heat-treatable steel, as well as brass, copper and plastics on request. We are happy to discuss special materials with you personally.
Do you also manufacture one-off parts and prototypes?
Yes. From individual prototypes and small batches to ongoing high-volume production — with short lead times for samples and prototypes and reliable repeat accuracy in series production.
Which documents do you need for a quote?
Ideally a technical drawing as PDF, DXF or STEP — alternatively a 3D model or sample — together with the quantity and your target date. If anything is missing, we will get in touch; we check feasibility free of charge.
Do you offer contract manufacturing with framework agreements?
Yes. We absorb your capacity peaks or take over your turned parts production completely — on request with framework agreements and call-off orders for plannable series deliveries.
Will I receive inspection reports for my turned parts?
Before delivery, every component passes through our quality assurance with modern measuring technology. Inspection reports are available on request — we are certified to ISO 9001.
Do you also deliver outside Vienna and Lower Austria?
Yes, we supply industrial customers throughout Austria and across the entire D-A-CH region — on schedule, directly to your plant or warehouse.
Which tolerances can you manufacture to?
We manufacture with dimensional accuracy down to the micron range — exactly to the tolerances specified in your drawing. Every turned part is checked with modern measuring technology before delivery; inspection reports are available on request.
How quickly will I receive a quote — and how reliable are the delivery dates?
Once we receive your drawing, we check feasibility and prepare a concrete quote including a delivery date at short notice. We keep the dates we commit to — even during capacity peaks, thanks to our manufacturing network.
